Payment Facilitator

A merchant uses their own platform with a one-to-one connection to CyberPay.

A payment facilitator (PayFac) is a platform provider that supports multiple merchants through its own platform. These merchants connect through one merchant setup in CyberPay.

Payment-facilitator brands must include merchantDomain when creating a payment or payout, including hosted sessions and v3 direct requests. The value must exactly match a domain configured for the brand.

Replace shop.example with your configured domain. A missing or unrecognized domain is rejected. This is separate from redirectUrl, which determines where the customer returns after the cashier flow.
